The Help Me App ("we", "us") provides a communication and resource hub for outpatient programs, sponsors, and the people they serve. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

2. Information we collect

• Account info: name, email, phone, avatar.
• Community activity: messages, posts, intake responses, sponsor program engagement.
• Device info: browser, OS, IP address, basic usage analytics.

3. How we use it

To operate the service, connect you with your community and providers, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.

4. Sharing

Within a community you join, staff and members you've granted access to may see your profile and activity. We share data with infrastructure providers (database, auth, hosting) strictly to run the service.

5. Your choices

You can edit your profile, leave a community, or permanently delete your account from your profile settings. Deletion removes your account, profile, and messages within 30 days.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is gated by row-level security policies. Report security issues to support@help-me.app.

7. Children

The Help Me App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
