You must be 13 or older. If a community requires it, additional age or consent rules may apply.
You're responsible for your account, your credentials, and everything posted under it. Keep contact info accurate.
No harassment, hate speech, threats, illegal content, spam, impersonation, scraping, or attempts to compromise the service. Communities may set additional rules.
You own what you post. You grant us a limited license to host and display it so the service works. We may remove content that violates these terms.
The Help Me App is not a medical provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.
You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
