Mental Health Group Homes in Baltimore

Licensed Residential Rehabilitation Programs (RRPs) serving the city.

Two Ways In

Option 1: Contact a program directly. Every program listed below accepts direct inquiries. Call and ask about current openings and what they need from you to start.

Option 2: Publicly funded placement. If you are using Medicaid or state funding, the Residential Rehabilitation Program application (MDH Form 4813) is coordinated through Behavioral Health System Baltimore, the city's Core Service Agency. A case manager, therapist, or treatment provider can help you complete it. BHSB then refers you to programs with open beds.
